We usually recommend August to November for the pre-season program but you can start it whenever you prefer.

Our program features two streams—one for gym-accessible training and another for minimal equipment workouts—tailored to your unique needs as ski guides. Training loads will be modified based on your performance of the exercises throughout the training blocks.

Your coaching program begins when you log in for the first time and will last for 4 months. Transitioning from this program into a in-season program or pivoting to pre-season for another sport (climbing, hiking, mountaineering) at the end of the season is as easy as selecting your next program!
