Tier 1: Premium Coaching Program

The premium plan is perfect for people with minimal history of training that want to take their recreating to the next level, people who lead busy lives and want a tailored no BS approach that will get them the gains they deserve, people with complex injury pasts that have been negatively impacting their ability to train or recreate at the level they desire..
Unlimited access to your coach via text, email and video call for injury management, form checks, gym sessions and planning calls.
Rapid response time for mission critical questions and weekly tuning of the training plan as needed.

This plan is perfect for people who want to take their training to the next level and really dial in to the nuances of their own body. If you have minor issues or injuries that are nagging but minimally impactful, this plan is for you.

Ibex Project training plans for mountain athletes are a great entry point to training that is tailored to specific sports in a way that works for most people.
Our mountain sport-specific training programs are ideal for athletes who are experienced with training and looking for an intentional training plan to fit into their routines.
Self-directed with access to programs via Bridge Athletic.
Track sets/reps/loads where loads are automatically adapted in response to past performances.
Most exercises will have progressions/regressions and alternatives for full-gym vs low equipment environments.
