Benefit from Don’s 12+ years working as physiotherapist in the realm of sports injury, a 4-year collaboration with the Arc'teryx athlete team, and 6 years of dedicated engagement with Joey Vosburgh, amongst others.

As a physiotherapist and strength coach, Don brings a unique perspective to the table with more than a decade of helping athletes bridge the gap from rehab to peak performance.

4 months of training - $200

Your coaching program begins when you log in for the first time and will last for 4 months. Transitioning from this program into a in-season program or pivoting to pre-season for another sport (climbing, hiking, mountaineering) at the end of the season is as easy as selecting your next program!
