The Ibex Project Performance Program tier is for athletes who want to take their training to the next level and dial in to the nuances of their own body. If you have minor issues or injuries that are nagging but minimally impactful, this plan is for you. 

Direct line of communication with your coach within the TrueCoach app and two 30-minute monthly video touchpoints with your coach.

Customized mobility, stability, strength, and power training delivered through TrueCoach for optimal communication and tracking of video form and loads.
